Finance Manager
Full Time – 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager is an integral part of the group, supporting the Financial Controller whilst overseeing the day-to-day running of the Finance team.
Key Duties Include:
• Day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Provide financial leadership and analytical support reporting back to the Financial Controller and Senior Leadership Team.
• Establish and oversee a robust financial function business and work with leadership to develop and execute long term financial plans.
• Compile management and financial accounts, board packs and provide analysis on variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
• Managing Audit compliance and Tax compliance - BAS, FBT, Income Tax.
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Analysing financial information.
• Managing budgets across different business departments.
• Developing financial forecasts such as revenue projections.
• Reporting financial results and providing financial guidance to senior managers and stakeholders.
• Producing financial reports and business plans.
About You:
• The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance fields.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• The capacity to work well autonomously as well as in a team environment.
• High level written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• An eye for detail and a proactive and positive attitude.
