About the role
A fantastic opportunity for a Payroll/Accounts professional has opened with our company. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for Finance and Administration including payroll and daily transactional accounting tasks. The role is located at our Head Office in Moorebank.

Main duties will include but not limited to:
- Bank Reconciliations from various payment platforms
- Accounts Payable processing including international transfers and company credit cards
- Manage Debtors from processing Credit Applications (including company and credit checks) to aged debtor collections
- Weekly payroll preparation and payments
- Weekly reconciliations of payment platforms
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Payroll management and HR functions
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management
- Process Month end rollover
- Month-end close, including Bank, AR and AP reconciliations
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Preparation and lodgement of all compliance requirements (ie BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, NZ GST etc.)
- Review of annual insurance requirements
- Developing and implementing systems to drive best practice
- Partnering with managers across multiple aspects of the business
- Providing leadership and coaching where required
- Providing financial advice and administrative support to the CEO and Business Owner
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong Excel skills and EXO MYOB is highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
- Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping OR at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
