AddressHire Society is Perth’s leading supplier of hospitality equipment, we are seeking a Finance officer on a part time basis to administer the accounts department.
This role is suited to someone who has experience in full function accounts, payable/receivable and payroll. Has worked in a high-volume environment and would like more flexibility around their work schedule.
The role will involve reporting directly to the General Manager and working Directors.
What we are looking for:
- Enthusiastic and motivated Finance Officer to join our busy team
- 3+ years full end to end Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience including daily bank reconciliation skills
- Good knowledge of general ledger transactions, chart of accounts, GST
- High level reporting and margin analysis
- Payroll processing
- Budget preparation
- You will hold relevant qualifications
- High level of professionalism and communication
- Team player with a great attitude
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Ideally previous experience in a mid-size company with a high volume of accounts payable invoices and complex bank reconciliation
- Xero accounting software experience an advantage (but not essential)
