About the Role
This position will effectively manage and optimise the company's accounts receivable and payables processes, ensuring accurate entry of data, timely debt collection and proper reconciliation of financial records. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring working capital is optimised while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and integrity in financial records.
- Invoice management
- Weekly reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing invoices for payment
- Contra account management
Key to your success with this role will be your attention to detail and your data entry skills. In addition, you will also require the following
- Experience in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer role
- The ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to “hit the ground running”
