Duties:
• General all-rounder that incorporates Accounts Receivable and Payables, actioning supplier invoices, responsibility for daily and monthly payments, as well as reconciling remittances to bank statements
• Responding to supplier queries as they occur
• Liaising with other departments to solve any issues that may arise with receivables or payables
• General ledger reconciliations
• Journal posting to the general ledger
• Other duties as required by management
• Payroll experience would be looked upon favourably. although this is not essential, as the selected applicant will eventually be trained in this role.
What you will need to have:
• Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts/Administration based role
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with an ERP software system
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service focused
