The role
Reporting the Chief Financial Officer, this position plays a key role within our finance team.
We are looking for a professional who has high attention to detail, is proactive, and has strong communication skills. This is a multifaceted position that will cover a variety of administrative functions.
- Handling accounts payable/ receivable and payroll duties.
- Processing bank reconciliations, end of month, and asset register.
- Support and assist in implementing new processes’ and workflows.
- Prepare formal reporting for funding reporting, management accounts, and for our Executive or Board as required.
- Assist in managing finance and accounting activities of the organisation to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with key projects and priorities.
- Support and drive process improvements across our workflows.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a driven professional ready to join our team and hit the ground running!
- A completed undergraduate qualification in accounting, business, or similar.
- Minimally three (3) to five (5) years’ experience working within a similar finance position.
- Strong technological literacy with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary systems and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a drive for innovation and best practice.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and a commitment to our organisational purpose and mission.
