About the role:
- Liaises with Financial Services to support the achievement of the objectives of BCEO’s Accounts Payable activities as part of the Buying Platform Go-LIve
- Undertakes a range of administrative and finance related tasks that support BCEO’s Accounts Payable function including: Purchase order control; Invoice matching and processing; Electronic Funds Transfer ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers, schools and creditors
- Complete reconciliations
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping processes
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role ideally in the not-for-profit sector
- Strong background in accounts payable processing
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously but also be an active team member
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organisation
- Tech-savvy with experience using a large ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable)
- Strong with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue card work working with children.
