BCE are looking for an Accounts Payable team member to join them to support them in a fixed term capacity for a period of 2 months to support the additional workload during Buying Platform Go-Live.
About the role:

• Liaises with Financial Services to support the achievement of the objectives of BCEO’s Accounts Payable activities as part of the Buying Platform Go-LIve
• Undertakes a range of administrative and finance related tasks that support BCEO’s Accounts Payable function including: Purchase order control; Invoice matching and processing; Electronic Funds Transfer ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers, schools and creditors
• Complete reconciliations
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping processes

About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role ideally in the not-for-profit sector
• Strong background in accounts payable processing
• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously but also be an active team member
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the organisation
• Tech-savvy with experience using a large ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable)
• Strong with Microsoft Word and Excel
