Finance Officer - Sunshine Coast

This role is based within our Sunshine Coast Head Office, QLD.

THE ROLE

The Finance Officer is responsible for using their experience to assist the Finance Team with the day-to-day finance tasks and management of charge rates in a nationwide capacity.

• Assist with preparing government returns
• Administration and management of company’s charge rates
• Management of credit card facility and monitoring cash balances
• Assist with internal and external reporting requirements
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and other financial systems
• Assist the greater accounting / finance team with month end process, reconciliations and accruals

ABOUT YOU

• Certificate or diploma in business or accounting viewed favourably
• National Police Check required prior to commencement
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work at multiple levels of stakeholder management across various disciplines
• Highly-developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong work ethic with exemplary organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
