Our client is an Australian owned, award-winning financial services organisation who are about to enter a continued phase of growth. Due to their ongoing success, an opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Operations Manager to join the business in a newly created role.
Your new role
This crucial new role in the organisation is varied, encompassing finance, operations and human resources. Reporting to the COO, the key duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the CFO with financial management of the business including month and year-end reporting, tax compliance and payroll
- Automation of processes including daily banking
- Business continuity planning, supplier negotiation and marketing
- Compliance reporting and maintenance of registers
- Staff recruitment, onboarding and training
- Performance coaching and management
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong financial acumen
- HR management experience
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
