SalaryOur client is a dynamic and well-respected business based in Brisbane. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Systems Accountant with experience in Netsuite.This role will start as an initial 3-month contract and has potential to extend. Ideally, it will suit someone who can start immediately or at short notice.The RoleReporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with finance and IT teams to ensure a seamless transition to the new system. This position requires a strong background in finance, along with expertise in systems implementation and accounting principles.Some main areas this role will focus on are around extracting data, data reporting, rolling out the finance module, provide training and support to end-users during the implementation process, testing and acceptance and working with different teams to help the implementation run smoothly.Skills & experience required:
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA Qualification
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with Netsuite & Cloud based systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work interdivisionally
