About the RoleAn opportunity has become available for an Administrator for Downer's Industrial Energy business unit reporting into the Lead Administrator. The successful candidate will see themselves completing tasks such as:
- Run and check data integrity reports from the relevant Time and Attendance System
- Contribute to financial and management reporting
- Submit customer invoices on time and in accordance with contract terms
- Ensure timely and accurate goods receipting of purchase orders/subcontract orders in JDE
- Diary management, schedule and reschedule meetings as necessary, accept and decline invitations including booking travel
- Arranging meeting and functions, preparation of agendas and taking meeting minutes
- General administration to support the leadership and other members of NSW Power team on an ad-hoc and as-requested basis.
About You- Experience in using software including JDE, Webtimes, SAP, LMS, Hubble, Kofax, Concur, Tandem, Kronos (Desirable)
- Cert IV in Business Administration (Desirable)
- Ability to interpret and follow policy and procedure
- Excellent customer service skills - able to deliver services that are responsive to business needs and valued by our customers
- Willingness to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels, both internally and externally
- Flexible in hours required to work as the daily routine can change at short notice and you may be required to work outside normal office hours
