Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Transformation Analyst to support the Finance & Treasury functions within the company to meet project demands. Initially supporting two key cross-function initiatives for the company that have sponsorship at the executive level.
You will be taking responsibility for project management, business analysis and, where necessary, backfilling for line role activities to support the overall project timeline and goals. The role will be focused on the impact on Finance & Treasury processes or where new processes are required, as well as documenting process flows/controls.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring Monday.com and project plan items are kept up to date throughout the project, highlighting upcoming deadlines, milestones and actions required to complete the full project lifecycle.
• Ensuring clear RACI guidelines are in place, through identification of gaps and ensuring SteerCos make decisions at the relevant times to support the overall project timelines.
• Meeting management for SteerCos and sub committees as required.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive key actions /activities and milestones that are committed to.
• Participate in meetings/decision calls to ensure alignment with overall goals and timelines.
• Document existing processes where needed to support decision making or project goals.
• Design and draft potential new processes or decision support diagrams/ outlines to support project goals and stakeholders.
Your background
• Experience with the Novated Leasing, Automotive Finance or Financial Services industries would be preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in project activities with experience of using Monday.com highly regarded.
• Demonstrable skills in drafting/ identifying processes and controls, with experience in Visio a plus.
• Have a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Have a strong work ethic and desire to perform at high level with the ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
• Must have hands-on, “can do” approach and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
