Partnering with the One Endeavour Transformation Project Delivery team, the Senior Financial Analyst - Transformation will lead the analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting activities that enable company decision-making and strategic planning. The role will enable transparency and visibility to performance against the budget and forecast, including management of key risks & opportunities.  In addition, support the management of the implementation and usage of the newly acquired project finance tool. This role will provide analytical support for our broader One Endeavour Transformation activities as we establish common services and platforms across providing insights on all financial aspects of the Transformative investment plans, benefits realisation and cost optimisation

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Business partner with the One Endeavour Project and Group Support teams, in conjunction with the Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager to provide financial analysis, business case preparation and support analysis.
• Financial performance management: Monitor and report on performance of capital and operational expenditure.
• Budgeting and forecasting: support the development of One Endeavour business cases and forecasts, ensuring alignment to strategy 
• Supporting the management of a robust rolling forecast for One Endeavour  consolidated program investments and 3rd party partnership costs. 
• Maintain transparency & visibility of business performance including identification of risks & opportunities, rollout of new reporting and forecasting processes
• Supporting the implementation of newly acquired project finance too
• Performance insights and optimisation: Provide leadership and guidance on how to measure, analyse and optimise benefits 
• Partner with key stakeholders on One Endeavour programs, including preparation of financial analysis / modelling and business cases, and ROI measurement
• Financial Control for One Endeavour expenditure including review of capitalised v opex funded expenditure
   

Now let’s talk about you

• 5+ years in financial management experience
• Bachelor or higher university degree in relevant field CA / CPA Qualified preferred
• Advanced experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to navigate through a complex organisational structure and work effectively cross functionally
• Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
• Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically
• Business partnering and stakeholder management
• Experience working in large complex organisations  
• Technology, Transformation or financial services experience
• Strong commercial acumen - able to translate business performance drivers into financial outcomes
• Strong modelling and analytical skills
• Effective time management
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
