Form of workBe a part of our Balance Sheet and Statistical Reporting team in Sydney as an Executive focused on transformation and change. The Balance Sheet and Statistical Reporting team is focused on improving operational process and advising and implementing regulatory reporting requirements along with managing the Balance Sheet and statistical deliverables.

What role will you play?
You will work closely with the business users, data producers and technology teams to understand transformation initiatives’ user requirements, data gaps or system changes, enabling the design and implementation of solutions. You will support the delivery of strategic business projects such as system upgrades and migrations through analysis of data and business processes and participate in user testing and impact assessments. You will ensure the successful transitions of regulatory returns and identify and implement opportunities for automation, improvement, and efficiencies.
What you offer
- A relevant academic background in a financial or business degree with at least 3 years experience in banking and finance
- Strong numerical and analytical skills coupled with an ability to understand and succinctly explain complex data
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of management including non-technical stakeholders
- Skills and experiences in data analytics tools such as Axiom, PowerBI and Alteryx are advantageous
- Previous experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting or financial projects involving transformations in regulatory calculation systems will be viewed favourably.
