What will your typical day look like?
As part of our best in class Finance Transformation team, you will be managing and monitoring the delivery of a broad range of Finance Transformation projects; Working with client CFOs to develop finance strategy and future operating model design; Enabling Finance strategy through redesign of finance structure, processes, enabling systems and effective business partnering; Working with the leadership team to identify areas for business development and turn them into success milestones; Work closely with your team to set their path for progression by leveraging your mentoring skills.
As a leader in our Finance Transformation practice, you would be required to coach and support our diverse and capable team members from both a career and project perspective, making a material impact on both their daily work experience and supporting their career objectives.
About the team
You will be an integral part of a leading Finance Transformation practice in Australia, generating real insights to help deliver value to our clients. The team has a broad range of skills and experience, working across the full range of industries: telecommunications, media and entertainment; financial services; public sector, higher education and health; retail and consumer goods; manufacturing; energy and utilities; and mining.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
You may have the following skills / experiences:
- Experience in Finance Strategy / Operation leadership roles with at least 5+ years' experience working in Financial Services and consulting;
- Experience in Integrated Finance Transformation - through operating model design, data and digital technology (including ERP), providing leading practice insights across finance function and change management;
- Experience in Enterprise Performance Management Design and Implementation including: planning, budgeting and forecasting, management information and reporting, profitability and cost management, and performance data and analytics;
- Experience leading or managing teams and transformation initiatives;
