The Opportunity
This is a 6-month contract role.
- Assist with month-end process and closure of monthly books of account
- Preparing and reviewing monthly reconciliations
- Chart of Accounts maintenance and financial systems support
- Support in monitoring of financial controls across the Group
- Assist with preparation of monthly, half yearly and annual financial statements
- Supporting half yearly and annual audit process
What you'll bring
You will be detail orientated, meticulous and pride yourself on superior levels of accuracy in all that you do. You will enjoy an autonomous working environment, with the ability to prioritise to ensure all deadlines are met.
- CA or CPA qualified or similar accountancy qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce or related discipline
- Experience in a Financial Accountant or comparable position
- FMCG experience preferred but not essential
