The Role
The purpose of this role is to be an integral part of the finance team to produce high-quality financial data to assist the executive team in achieving the ongoing growth and successes of the company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertake financial accounting month end activities such as posting general journals, intercompany eliminations, balance sheet reconciliation preparation, Fixed asset register Maintenance etc
- Timely Preparation of accurate monthly management and financial reports including but not limited to reconciliation of all P&L, Balance Sheet, and inter-entity accounts.
- Preparation of all financial deliverables including short term cash flow, annual group budget/forecasts, statutory reporting, and all group tax compliance, for Manager review before submission
- Collaborate with the internal teams to assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship between the Finance team and the business.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and facilitating a smooth audit process.

Work from home flexibility will be considered at up to 2 days per week, however initially for ease of training, work will be from our Archerfield office.
The ideal candidate will be Accounting degree qualified, with at least 3 years experience working in an accounting role. You will be provided with plenty of training and support, with the COO and CEO also having an accounting background.
Your skills will include:
- Strong financial accounting background and technical accounting skills
- Self starter; able to grasp new systems and processes quickly
- ERP system knowledge, Google Sheets / Excel
- The ability to work autonomously, to tight deadlines, setting priorities and effectively managing timeframes
