About the role

As a Financial Accountant you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial stability, supporting our growth trajectory, and collaborating with senior leadership. Bring your passion for numbers and strategic mindset to make a real impact!

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations across several entities
• Intercompany loan and account reconciliation
• Cashflow management and oversight of AP and Payroll processes
• Oversight of FBT, GST, Payroll tax processes
• Implementing and managing internal financial controls and processes
• Assisting with year-end consolidation and audit processes
• Supporting the Head of Finance and Director of Fin-ops
• Mentor and support Assistant Accountants and bookkeepers

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting team of a similar size, ideally in an audit or tax related role.
• Tertiary educational qualification in accounting as well as being in the process of receiving your CA or CPA
• Strong procedural mindset and high attention to detail
