About the Role:

The Financial Accountant assists the Financial Controller – RPF and ensures that Pick-2-Market (P2M) packing shed IT system is up to date and produces timely and accurate reporting. 

The Financial Accountant requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, an ability to engage with non-finance stakeholders, and the capacity to adapt and change as new information is uncovered.

Success in this role requires established business partnering experience and commercial acumen with a minimum of 5 years' experience in related role and tertiary qualifications in Accounting with CPA/CA accreditation.

Our ideal candidate will also bring:

• Proven experience as a Cost Accountant in a similar industry. Packing shed experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Experience working in a complex manufacturing or supply chain environment would be advantageous.
• Experience utilizing Power BI, MYOB, Xero, Monday.com or similar is ideal.
