We are seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to orchestrate the seamless daily operations of The Waterfront Motel, ensuring each guest experience exceeds expectations. As part of the Management team of our establishment, you will and cultivate and promote the culture of the commitment to our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering unparalleled customer service, managing reservations, and facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Collaborating with various departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to uphold pristine standards and operational efficiency
• Orchestrating employee schedules and duties to ensure timely task completion
• Assisting in financial management, including budgeting and expense monitoring
• Resolving guest concerns with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring utmost satisfaction
• Flexibility to accommodate a 7-day rotating roster, including overnight shifts

Desirable Experience:

• Proficiency in motel room division operations
• Familiarity with property management systems, preferably RMS
• Prior experience in front office or guest services roles
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and adeptness with computer systems
