Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering unparalleled customer service, managing reservations, and facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Collaborating with various departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to uphold pristine standards and operational efficiency
- Orchestrating employee schedules and duties to ensure timely task completion
- Assisting in financial management, including budgeting and expense monitoring
- Resolving guest concerns with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring utmost satisfaction
- Flexibility to accommodate a 7-day rotating roster, including overnight shifts
Desirable Experience:
- Proficiency in motel room division operations
- Familiarity with property management systems, preferably RMS
- Prior experience in front office or guest services roles
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and adeptness with computer systems
