- Providing timely and accurate month-end reporting for Corporate Services
- Processing journals and preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Corporate Services.
- Review of financial performance to ensure completeness and accuracy of the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts prior to finalisation
- Assist with the monthly consolidation and group management accounts
- Assist with overseeing the end-to-end process for invoicing, Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Maintaining an accurate weekly cashflow forecast spreadsheet
- Maintaining the plant & equipment leases register
- Preparation of BAS statements for ATO lodgement
- Assist with budgets and period forecasting processes.
- A degree qualification in Accounting
- CPA or CA professional certification
- Previous experience, ideally in a similar industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach
- An ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong analytical capability with business acumen.
- An understanding of cost drivers that improve operational performance.
- An eye for detail and deadline-oriented.
