AddressOur client is a leading design and construction company specialising in residential developements. The team are seeking are experienced Financial Accountant to join their team!
You will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers; preparing and analysing budgets; and performing general bookkeeping. You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and success of the company.
- Having all financial insight within the business
- Managing all bank reconicliations
- Preparing BAS
- Account auditing
- Manage all subcontractor payments, claims & contracts including ensuring necessary insurances are valid prior to work commencement
- Overseeing sales and commissions, and fixed assets
- Data analysis
- Assist with reporting, business forecasting, budgeting and cash flow
- General journal & ledger management
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Construction industry experience - knowledge of the built environment
- Tertiary qualifications required (CPA would also be a bonus!)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Renumeration based on experience and negotiatable, up to $120,000 + superannuation
- Office based in Sydney's Inner West
