Sharp & Carter is partnering with a growing property developer based on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD. They have an enviable internal culture that is positive, progressive, collaborative, and supportive of it's team members.The Role | Reporting to the Financial Controller
Specific duties will include, but not limited to:

• Preparation of compliance work including financial statements, income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns and business activity statements
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Prepare annual statutory accounts
• Preparation of monthly and annual budgets and cashflow
• Analysing budget versus actual data to produce various reports
• Attendance to other small business requirements
• Wealth management activities including cashflow, superannuation, investment management, tax and business structures and planning.
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Candidate Profile

• CA/CPA qualified or near qualification
• Detailed understanding of of accounting and taxation, with prior experience in a chartered accounting firm or family office environment
• Your communication skills are excellent, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders.
• You will have demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
