MDS Accounting & Financial Services is seeking to fill a Reception/Administration position on a full-time basis

Job Purpose
To offer a high standard of reception support and assistance to the accounting staff members and clients of MDS Accounting & Financial Services.

The Role
This position requires someone approachable, with initiative, exceptional levels of customer service and an eye for detail. 
 

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages within the firm
- Answering general queries in person, by telephone, or email
- Creation of letters and emails and responding to correspondence
- Scheduling and following up with appointments
- Copying, scanning, and routing correspondence/documentation
- Administration support
- Assistance to accounting staff members when required or as requested by senior staff
 

The successful candidate will possess:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, including a professional phone manner
- Strong written skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Sound knowledge of basic computer programs
- Experience in a fast pace clerical role preferred but not required
