The duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing end of month  reporting, ensuring all management reports submitted in draft by 5th business day of the month
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Monthly Payroll Tax calculation and BAS return submission including any related matters with these government bodies
• Maintaining fixed asset register
• Assisting in budgeting and reforecasting.
• Ensuring correct  intercompany transactions between all companies, and ensure they are reconciled monthly
• Liaise with auditor for half year and full year Audit
• Ad hoc task such as acting as internal advisor in the matter related to ACCPAC and accounting in general
• Assist with Accounts Payable with focus on supplierstatements and ensure outstanding creditors do not exceed 45 days from invoice date and maintain workflow in Concur procurement payment system
• Full financial report preparation including revenue recognition, and KPI analysis
• Participate in Group Finance meetings
• Assisting in preparation of Financial Statement
• Supporting the lodgement of income tax return

Requirements:

• 4 + years in a similar role
• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong excel skill particularly in data management
• Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally with stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen
