We are an independent, best practice provider of financial advice, licensed directly through ASIC. 

We specialise in personal injury financial advice. Our clients have a disability resulting from an accident, many have a brain injury. 

We work with clients directly or with their court- or tribunal-appointed substitute decision-maker (trustee, financial manager, or administrator). 

We are an active community participant; engaging with lawyers and governments to improve the laws impacting injured Australians.

 The role 

A qualified Financial Adviser role with a strong focus on providing quality financial advice to our clients and their families who have received a compensation payment that must be carefully managed to meet their needs over their remaining life expectancy. 

You will be introduced to some of our existing clients to manage and will work closely with our large, professional, and supportive team of paraplanners and admin staff in developing financial plans focused on strategy considering individual client needs. 

You will also work closely with Aeran’s QLD Senior Financial Adviser in growing Aeran’s existing client base of 400 clients with over $1.3b in funds under advice. You will liaise with personal injury lawyers and trustee company representatives, and develop and maintain close professional relationships. 

You will drive your vehicle to meet with clients in their homes, or at a place convenient to them.

About you 

• A fully qualified Financial Adviser
• Have passed the FASEA exam
• Effective interaction and business development skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships
• Highly professional, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• You are keen to continue learning and developing your knowledge 
• You will work from home using Aeran’s provided suite of excellent hardware and software tools
