We are seeking experienced, professional and ethical advisers to join our Advice Team.

Your role will be to conduct new client meetings (predominantly via phone and video) with pre-booked, pre-qualified client appointments who have expressed interest in the areas of super, investment and personal insurance.
You will play the integral role of engaging the client for advice, structuring and briefing the advice to our paraplanning team, and presenting the advice to the client for approval.
All other administrative tasks and client support services are handled on your behalf by our experienced team.

The role is offered as a full-time position, with a base salary and a commission structure, further detailed below.
Your role and responsibilities will consist of:
- Conducting pre-booked client 'first appointments' (via phone or video meeting technology)
- Educating and showcasing our approach to advice, understanding the clients' needs, and effectively engaging clients to proceed with a Statement of Advice
- Effectively capturing the client's goals and objectives, tying them back to sound, compliant advice in the client's best interests,
- Briefing/instructing our Client Service & Paraplanning teams
- Effectively managing your client files, gathering necessary information, supporting documentation and authorities during your meetings
- Liaising with clients and insurers, underwriters, superannuation funds and other internal and external departments
- Effectively conduct client reviews and subsequent advice, maintaining a high quality of ongoing advice and client retention
Skills and Attributes you will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years experienced as an authorised FINANCIAL ADVISER providing personal advice and previous sales experience is a benefit
- Minimum of DipFP with degree-equivalent education pathway mapped out/in progress
- FASEA exam pass
- A professional, positive attitude and phone presence
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Self motivated and have great integrity, who can complete tasks with urgency and efficiency and isn't afraid to work hard and lead by example
- You will need to be a motivated, driven, able to work flexible hours/ weekends and adaptable to strategic changes within the business
- Confident and willing to learn various software systems
