About the role
Join our team as a Financial Analyst and play a pivotal role in our Finance department. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Financial functions within our organisation. Collaborating closely with the Financial Controller, you will utilise your expertise to monitor, manage, and prepare monthly profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and providing critical insights to relevant stakeholders. This role is essential for driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash flow forecasting
- Monthly review of clinic and head office profit and loss statements
- P&L management and completion, partnering with the Operations team and Financial Controller
- Preparation of the Group’s weekly cash forecasts with supporting analysis and commentary
- Own and produce monthly KPIs reporting to be included with the Financial Statements and Operational Reporting
- Management of bank guarantees
- Review of monthly management accounts pack
- Assist the Financial Controller with the preparation of annual budget/forecasts
- Assist with the group cash flow management
- Review of ‘normalisations’ profit and loss schedule
- CAPEX reporting and CAPEX Cash Flow forecasting
- Supporting ad hoc requests/tasks from the Financial Controller and/or Chief Financial Officer
Key skills you will bring include:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate technical skills including financial consolidation experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels and present complex financial information to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to communicate potential streamlining processes and procedures for Financial activities
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other functions of Microsoft Officer for financial management
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Understanding of healthcare terminology for relaying medical data
