About the Role:
As part of the Executive Team, this role will provide strategic guidance and leadership across the organisation and will have a responsibility for promoting and embodying Intereach’s purpose, vision and values.
The Financial Controller will provide effective management and oversight of all aspects of Finance within the organisation. The role will be responsible for providing high level financial advice, guidance and strategic insight to the Executive team and the Board to support growth, optimal resource allocation and sustainability.
This newly created role is a unique opportunity for an experienced and engaging professional to join our committed, purpose-drive Executive team to play a key role in shaping the financial success of Intereach and to have a meaningful impact on the operations of the business.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with a CPA or equivalent professional accreditation. If you are a strong leader with proven experience in managing the finances of a large organisation and are seeking a position where your ideas and contribution will be valued and respected, then we would love to hear from you.
This is a full time position and can be based in any Intereach Office.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award with a salary ranging between $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 (depending on experience) + private use of company vehicle or vehicle allowance + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
