To continue our growth and success, we are seeking a full-time Financial Manager. As a Financial Manager you will have a key responsibility for overseeing and managing the financial health and well-being of the company. You will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies, ensuring financial stability, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to:

• Accounts payable/receivable
• Payroll
• Debtor control
• Financial reporting
• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
• Analyse financial data, performance metrics, and financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, variances, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
• Develop strategies to improve cash flow and funding sources.
• Develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance staff to ensure a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

You will be expected to have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience post qualification.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best practices.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of accounting software, hardware, and applications.
