- Lead training on the new system
- Complete journal entries for both systems
- Develop and support the audit process for the payroll system
- Lead the development of new processes for finance and payroll
To become a key member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 1 week or less notice period
- Prior experience leading new system implementations
- Have previously worked at a Finance Manager or Financial Controller level
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- A hands-on approach to your work, comfortable working up close with reporting, audit and journals
- Experience within or a passion for the NFP / Arts space is highly regarded, but not essential
