The Role

• Work with HR and the CFO to carefully select and demo systems to potentially roll-out
• Build and complete the testing plans
• Create documentation for the new system and processes
• Lead training on the new system
• Complete journal entries for both systems
• Develop and support the audit process for the payroll system
• Lead the development of new processes for finance and payroll

Your BackgroundTo become a key member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• 1 week or less notice period
• Prior experience leading new system implementations
• Have previously worked at a Finance Manager or Financial Controller level
• Strong understanding of payroll processes
• A hands-on approach to your work, comfortable working up close with reporting, audit and journals
• Experience within or a passion for the NFP / Arts space is highly regarded, but not essential
