A great opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to join a flexible and family friendly team within a successful and growing practice.
The role will see you working as part of a larger team of paraplanners and administration staff servicing 6 advisers, all with open minds and a desire to improve our client offering.
Our advice can at times be complex and our investment universe quite broad, so we do need someone who’s quite comfortable in this space.
More than anything, we want good, uplifting, and genuine people on our team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to help make our practice better will see you well placed for consideration.
The role is based at our office in Doncaster East just off the Freeway (undercover basement parking provided and great amenities around) but we do also offer flexibility with hours and WFH arrangements.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years' experience as a paraplanner within a Financial Planning practice.
- Ability to work independently to produce quality SoA’s and RoA’s
- Possess initiative, common sense and the ability to ask the right questions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective prioritisation of workflow.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and XPlan
- An understanding and interest in investment markets
- Strong technical knowledge

We're a growing and dynamic self-licensed boutique Financial Planning practice.
The practice, which is currently based in Doncaster East, forms part of a larger business comprising of Accountants, SMSF, Business and Tax Advisers (roughly 60 team members in total).
The practice has been providing comprehensive, unique and bespoke wealth management advice to a broad and growing client base for over 30 years.
Our practice has held its own Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and been operating under a fee for service model since 1986.
We pride ourselves on exhibiting an ethical and professional approach to everything that we do.
