The Opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for a Client Relationship Manager. In this client facing role, you’ll be working closely with the Private Wealth Advisers (PWAs) to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and respond to general client queries and requests.
This role also includes administrative support for the PWAs, including, scheduling client meetings and diary management, preparing documents for client reviews, maintaining client records and other general administrative tasks. On top of the above, you’ll also liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all client tasks are completed within set time frames.
What we look for in successful candidates
- You have previous experience in a similar role within the Financial Planning or a related industry
- A seasoned professional, you’re hard working, resilient and committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues
- you’re proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and previous expertise with XPLAN software would be a bonus
