Our client is a leading, well established national Financial Services organisation specialising in Financial Planning and Advisory services. They are a collaborative team that enjoy seeing the success of their clients, whilst supporting and developing their own team.
The Role
Supporting a team of Advisors, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks from Client Service to Administration. Further you will be responsible for:
- Deliver a high level of service to Clients & Stakeholders
- On-boarding new Clients and assisting Advisors with client maintenance
- Perform general administrative duties
- Keep abreast of financial markets and industry trends
- Prepare and complete documentation for reporting
- Previous experience working in Banking or within Financial Services
- Completed Tertiary qualified in Economics, Commerce or similar
- Salesforce & Xplan experience would be ideal
