The opportunity
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join TelstraSuper Financial Planning (TSFP) Advice Enablement team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Manager Operations Support, your role is to provide support to the national team of Financial Advisers in their dealings and relationships with clients of TelstraSuper Financial Planning and members of TelstraSuper.
Role type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Full Time
This role supports hybrid working, required to be in the office 2-3 days a week
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients and responding to phone and email enquiries as required
- Preparing documentation for client meetings
- Managing administrative duties including updating MidWinter and managing workflow tasks that form the advice process
- Assisting with implementation of advice
- Provide quality support to Financial Advisers
About you
You are a committed and enthusiastic individual who has Financial Planning administration experience and is passionate about working in the Financial Advice industry. You are a team player who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, use of initiative and commitment to providing outstanding client service. Organisation and communication skills will be integral to your success. Your experience and ability to create ongoing efficiencies will be supported and encouraged.
As a preference you have
- Diploma of Financial Services studies or ASFA qualifications is highly desirable
- Client service experience working within a financial advice environment
- RG146 qualification
