The Role
Working closely with award winning advisers you will become a key team member building fantastic relationships with top level clients. Your duties will be but not limited to:
- Communicating with clients, fund managers and the Senior Financial Adviser to ensure effective and efficient client service;
- Preparing all documentation including and Statement of Advice Implementation
- Maintaining client files and preparing them appropriately for appointments;
- Client database management.
- Attend Client meetings when required
The person
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience supporting a Financial Adviser
- Experience with Xplan or associated advice software
- Well presented and friendly demeanour
- Strong attention to detail
