The practice has continued to grow both in the acquisition of other practices and client portfolios together with ensuring the team continue to keep up with state of art practices, including education and ongoing development to be at the cutting edge of the advice industry.
As a result of this recent growth, we are seeking a Financial Planning Assistant or graduates who have completed or almost their studies to be FASEA compliant and are seeking an Associate role which will lead to becoming an advisor.
The Role
- To develop strong working relationships with clients and provide a high level of service at all times
- Completion of SOA's and lodgment of all related investment documentation
- Conduct analysis of client portfolios and recommend implementation of changes
- Ensure all transactions are in line with compliance requirements
- Preparation of all documentation for client meetings
- Assist clients with any queries in regard to their investment portfolios
- Liaise with external providers, referral partners and internal team members
To be successful
- Ideally to have completed your Financial Planning qualifications
- Business related degree ideal
- Ability to work in a team environment with excellent relationship and time management skills
- Ability to observe compliance requirements
- Knowledge of investment platforms super funds and insurance
- To be passionate about the Financial Planning industry and desire a career in this industry
