Position Overview:
As a Financial Planning Implementation Officer at Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective execution of financial plans for our clients. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, detailed implementation skills, and a strong client-focused approach. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of implementing financial strategies, ensuring clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless execution of financial plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their financial objectives.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
- Utilise Financial Planning software (XPlan desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client data and track the progress of financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Planning or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning software (XPlan desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., DFP or other Financial Planning qualification) are highly desirable.
