AddressCasual position with flexible working hours, based in Malaga WA
We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to handle onsite setup/support across our networking equipment. The role will have you grappling with a wide variety of tasks in desktop/device support, documentation, network deployments and troubleshooting, servers and storage infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
You will learn valuable customer service skills, work in a tight-knIT Supportive team environment and set yourself up for a long-term career.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with Microsoft 365 and work well in a team environment. It would be essential for the candidate to be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively as well as having a great attention to detail.
Your experience should include -
· Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems and Windows 2019/2022 server operating systems.
· Knowledge of PC / LAN / WAN environments.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
· Ability to support desktops, notebooks, printers, mobiles, tablets.
· Minimum Cert II in IT or equivalent on-job training required.
