Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Detailed breakdown of project requirements, including labor and materials.
- Preparation of comprehensive tender packages using internal estimating models.
- Management of requests for information (RFIs) as needed.
- Collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 years experience as an Estimator in the Construction industry
- Familiarity with fire detection, EWIS, sprinkler, and hydrant systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural, structural, and building services drawings.
- Ability to understand specifications and relevant details from fire engineering reports.
