Fixed Term Contract - Customer Service / Admin - Prospect/GreystanesReece Onsite have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our rapidly growing, fast paced business.This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.Duties for the role include but are not limited to:Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base
Timely processing of customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders
Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information. Inputting Sales Orders / Data EntryLiaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team. Our Ideal CandidateHave extensive Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment. High level of Computer Literacy and fast processing speed.
Ability to work a manage a fast paced / high pressure environment. Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
