We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer who will:
- Be committed to providing quality Customer Service
- Be eager to learn, happy to pick up the phone, and have a can-do attitude
- Be able to provide empathy and kindness to Pet Owners while also having a strong sense of time management.
We are excited to have both part-time and full-time opportunities currently available within our Customer Service team. The role is based in Adelaide CBD and requires an individual who is flexible and available to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekend shifts.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Answering multiple calls throughout the day, assisting all callers with a professional and empathetic mindset
- Conduct outbound customer contact
- Respond to customer emails
- Report to directly to office manager
- Accurate data entry
- Processing of payments
- Liase with Vets, Nurses and Veterinary staff
About you
- Punctual, positive and efficient individual
- Previous experience in Customer Service role
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced call centre environment
- Clear verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings or weekends
