About Our Client
Page Personnel is partnering with a leading Western Australian not-for-profit provider of aged care, early learning, disability services and family and community services.
Job Description

• Fleet Management
• Allocation and Coordination of fleet services
• Liaising with Fleet Management Clients
• Maintain and update digital records
• Monitor and Manage email in-box
• Responding to email queries in a timely manner
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
• Record Keeping and Management
• Prepare monthly fleet allocation and utilisation reports
• Invoice management
• General administrative duties

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have prior administration experience (experience with Fleet Administration desired). This person will be immediately available, with excellent time management skills, a high level attention to detail, strong work ethic, approachable demeanour who will bring a positive attitude to the workplace.
