Access Group Australia are the nation's largest privately-owned fleet of Access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors. Due to ever expanding business needs we have an excellent opportunity to join our asset management team. This is a fast paced role will be dealing with multiple business entities and stakeholders, the successful candidate will possess maturity, resilience, excellent time management and the ability to juggle priorities and re-prioritise as required.
Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, this is an office based role at our Canning Vale head office.
The day to day duties will include;
- Assist with the end to end management of the Access Group asset register
- Administrative duties including vehicle and equipment renewals
- Updating vehicle and equipment registers
- Ongoing communication with the service and operations department
- High level data entry
- Assisting with stock inventory

- Strong administration skills.
- Highly experienced with Microsoft Office - Intermediate to advanced excel experience.
- Experience with NetSuite and Insphire is desirable.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude with outstanding attention to detail
