An excellent opportunity is available to join our Fleet Sales team as a Fleet Administrator/Delivery Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fleet Business Development Managers, and scheduling vehicle deliveries with Clients. We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. Job Description How you will make an impact: Preparation of quotes and invoicing on behalf of BDMs Scheduling vehicle deliveries with Clients and preparing Deal Packs Ensuring vehicle payment is receipted prior to delivery and according to payment terms Receiving orders, confirming stock availability, and conveying the information to the relevant BDM Handling fleet enquiries on behalf of the Fleet team when required Desired Skills and Experience What we're looking for: Current C Class Manual Driver's License Good attention to detail Intermediate MS Office skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Good time management and ability to prioritise competing demands Previous automotive industry experience desirable Life at New Town Toyota As a family owned Toyota dealership, we treat all our employees like family.
