Join an Australian Owned Multi-National Transport CompanyTraining & Development opportunities providedWe are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our Engineering team in a newly created position.About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Area Manager Fleet to provide assistance and support to our Workshop Managers in various administrative functions throughout Swan Transit.Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating accurate Fleet schedules and databases.
- Supporting workshop managers in stock control and procurement
- Providing relevant fleet reporting for both internal and contract reporting requirements
- Collaborating with Management and Finance to develop and maintain reporting functionality from relevant fleet maintenance systems.
- Manage regular, adhoc and project-based activities across workshop, cleaning, depot and facilities.
Detailed data entry is involved so basic knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.This position is 38 hours per week Monday to Friday.Swan Transit pays above award wages that will be discussed with the successful applicant.
About You- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in an administration role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage
