Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate trucks and liaise with drivers.
- Coordinate import and export of containers across the greater Brisbane metro areas.
- Ensure that drivers carry out the daily vehicle inspection before allowing any vehicle to travel on the road.
- Ensure that confirmation of daily vehicle is signed off on the drivers’ timesheets after the daily vehicle.
- Liaise with booking staff.
- Ensure container slot bookings are checked and are correct.
- Apply container numbers to slot bookings.
- Ensure import empty containers are de-hired before time allowed to handle the containers expires.
- Timely and accurate updating of our transport management system.

- Accurate and timely data entry.
- Experience across the Microsoft suite.
