As a Fleet Allocator, your primary responsibilities will entail:
- Allocating deliveries to our local fleets, ensuring punctual delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to general standards.
- Responsible for managing CHEP/Loscam transfers and exchanges
- Investigating and resolving customer delivery issues promptly.
- Addressing email and phone inquiries effectively.
- Providing assistance to delivery teams regarding service queries.
- Upholding compliance with COR (Chain of Responsibility) and health and safety regulations for the fleet.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the following skills and qualities:
- Proficiency in Queensland geography.
- Essential experience in the transport industry.
- Aptitude for IT, with the ability to grasp and utilise our transport management system for efficient fleet management, including planning and allocating work to vehicles.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety practices.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
- Demonstrated capability in problem-solving.
