We are seeking an enthusiastic Fleet Allocator to join our team at our Head Office in Berrinba.
As a Fleet Allocator/Manager, your main duties include:
- Allocating deliveries to the local premium & express home delivery fleets to ensure on time delivery DIFOT's, customer satisfaction & general standards are meet
- Investigating and resolving customer delivery issues
- Responding to email and phone enquiries
- Assisting delivery teams with service queries
- Maintaining COR and health and safety compliance for the fleet
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Good knowledge of South East Queensland
- Experience in transport is essential
- Good with IT - has the ability to learn our transport management system for effective fleet management - plan and allocate work to vehicles
- A flexible, can do attitude
- Customer focused with great communication skills
- Working knowledge of OH&S
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Talent for problem solving
