We are seeking an enthusiastic Fleet Allocator to join our team at our Head Office in Berrinba. 

As a Fleet Allocator/Manager, your main duties include:

• Allocating deliveries to the local premium & express home delivery fleets to ensure on time delivery DIFOT's, customer satisfaction & general standards are meet
• Investigating and resolving customer delivery issues
• Responding to email and phone enquiries
• Assisting delivery teams with service queries
• Maintaining COR and health and safety compliance for the fleet

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Good knowledge of South East Queensland
• Experience in transport is essential
• Good with IT - has the ability to learn our transport management system for effective fleet management - plan and allocate work to vehicles
• A flexible, can do attitude
• Customer focused with great communication skills
• Working knowledge of OH&S
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team
• Talent for problem solving
